Our Story

In the beginning, Signature Notary Ink ("aka SNI") was started in Crown Heights Brooklyn, New York, by one woman who had moved to New York from California. In 2005, she was new to the area and needed to find a Notary Public for her apartment lease. After going to several banks and local stores and UPS locations, she learned that finding a Notary Public was a hassle and inconvenient. She knew there had to be a better way. Years later, in 2012, she solved the problem and took the brick and mortar of notary services from offline and joined the click and order on demand services online. She believed notary services should evolve the way the world moves by seamlessly connecting the community to local Notary Publics and providing a a new way to receive notary services and www.signaturenotaryink.com was born!

Today, Signature Notary Ink is the premier national notary services company providing on-demand notary services. SNI removes the hassle and provides a valuable convenience for the fraction of the cost of finding a Notary. It is simple. We provide an easy notary reservation service to its members thereby eliminating the hassle of looking for a Notary Public. Our goal is to open up more possibilities for Notary Publics to service the lending, legal, entertainment, government, medical industries and beyond.​
We are proud to employ the best and most qualified notaries in the industry. All of our notaries are meticulously screened, qualified and covered by Errors and Omissions Insurance. They have handled various types of loan closings and completed thousands of witness signings as Notary Signing Agents background screened and certified by the National Notary Association.

Some of our notaries are lawyers and can give legal advice on their own terms and conditions. However, most of our notaries are not Attorneys licensed to practice law and may not give legal advice or draw up any kind of legal papers. We strictly follow the Notary Code of Professional Responsibility and will not perform a notarial act if the notary feels identity, capacity, authority, understanding and freedom from duress is being compromised.

Since the beginning Jeff has been a key member of the Executive Management Team and accountable for supervising the entire organization reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He is an efficient leader and able to maintain control of diverse business operations helping to grow Notaryii to a global firm.
Jenny is the Sales Manager whose duty is to ensure our Notaryii team is delivering desired results. She is responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting. She maps potential customers and generates leads and opportunities for the organization.

Nora joined us in 2016 as the HR Director and provides leadership and supervison for our human resources operations. She handles all personnel onboarding, compliance, employee relations, labor relations and staff development, affirmative action and equal employment opportunity functions of the firm.
Denis is a key member of the Executive Management team, who reports to the CEO and assumes a strategic role in the day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. He directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.
