OUR MOBILE NOTARY FEES
Signature Notary Ink offers a simple and customizable pricing scheme for individuals and businesses of all sizes. Its free to sign up and ideal for small businesses and individuals whose numbers of documents notarized per month are less than 50.
NOTARIZATION FEE
The notarization fee is calculated separately and based on your specific state notary fee, per person/per signature notarized.
The notarization fee is between $1 and $15 depending on your state notary laws.
A travel fee will be added in addition to the notarization fee.
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
To book our service online a minimum deposit or membership is required.
TRAVEL FEE
Travel fees are additional and calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization fee. The fee depends on the location, the distance traveled and the time of day.
The fee charged by mobile notaries tends to be higher than traditional notaries due to travel related expenses including but not limited to gas and parking.
Our travel rate is between $35 and $125 until 8pm and also depends on the location and the time of day.
AFTER HOURS FEE
Anytime after 8pm, our travel rate increases and starts at $55 plus the notarization fee.
APOSTILLE FEE
Apostille fees are additional and calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization fee.
APOSTILLE (NEW YORK)

- Same day service - $125 (for the first document) and $50 (for each additional) + state filing fee of $10.

- Next day service - $160 (for the first document) and $60 (for each additional)

APOSTILLE (OUT OF STATE)
- Same day service - $190 (for the first document) and $75 (for each additional)
- Next day service - $175 (for the first document) and $60 (for each additional)

SIGNING AGENT FEE
Signing Agent fees are calculated for each individual loan closing appointment as a separate fee from the notarization fee.
Our Loan Signing rate starts at $100 per loan closing.
