Service Description

When patients, family members of the patients and medical staff workers who are in the hospital need notary services. Typical documents include Power of Attorney, Healthcare Proxy, employment documents and Wills and Living Trust signed at the hospital. This fee is collected as a partial payment and calculated as travel + SNI service fee = Mobile Notary Fee. The state notarization fee is not included and will be charged based on your state notary laws. Any difference will be charged accordingly upon the completion of the service.
